Hi, my name is Gary Daugherty, Welcome to R U Kidding M3. You might laugh. You might cry. You might yell. You might just say R U Kidding M3

Story 1
Obama Urges Soldiers to Question Trump’s Authority, ‘Criticize Our President’
Characterizing the military’s mission as a fight against “violent extremism,” Obama insisted that soldiers need to rise up against Trump if they feel he is pushing policies that are ill-considered.
Obama told the troops, “each of us has…the universal right to speak your minds and to protest against authority; to live in a society that’s open and free; that can criticize our president without retribution.”

Story 2
Basic White Girl Reporter Scoops The World With “Flaw” In FL Gun Purchases
The NBC2 Investigators have uncovered a flaw in Florida’s gun checks system.
300,000 people legally bought guns in Florida in the last four months. Only 100,000 people got their licenses to carry in the same time frame.
What does that mean for the other 200,000 people? Do they already have their licenses? Are they illegally carrying?

Story 3
Gavin Newsom: Trump’s Election a ‘Leap Backward’ for States with Stringent Gun Control
In trying to make this sound like a bad thing the Los Angeles Times inadvertently points out that California has a population “33 times” larger than Utah. Think about it–33 times larger yet far less able to legally be armed because of gun control. The result? FBI crime stats for 2015 show that the murder rate in California is approximately 34.5 times higher than in Utah.

Sorry for all of the gun stories, I'm trying to stay away from them on this show. If you want more gun stuff, check me out on The Polite Society Podcast.

Story 4
Public schools in Milwaukee, Wisconsin are planning to spend nearly $500,000 of taxpayer money implementing a program that furthers the goals of Black Lives Matter.
